Several houses and nearby villages suffered minor damage, according to official reports. Cracks in walls and broken windows were seen when the Red Crescent evaluated the situation. Two buildings burned down in a fire that was caused by a broken gas pipe. Two people were injured by falling debris, one of them needs treatment in hospital. This quake is already the 36th damaging quake in Iran in 2020 with at least 15 quakes with injuries.
